Other key events in my life:
- establishment of the Dörflein community housing project (1984) in Herzogenburg, where I have lived with my family since 1987
- co-founding and collaboration in the Austrian Housing Federation (organisation for self-help in housing construction)
- contribution as legal and organisational consultant to the F 1152 research project “Pilot project for the guidance of housing self-help groups” (1987-1991)
- founding of the Herzogenburg (now Pottenbrunn) "Lernwerkstatt", a community initiative of parents for the operation of a new kind of school for independent and free learning for children (1990)
- during 30 years as a lawyer providing advice, drafting contracts, providing representation before authorities, etc. for an estimated 50-60 building groups and similar initiatives
- chairman for several years of the Lower Austria "Talentetauschkreis" (an Association that hosts a secondary currency - called Talente - among its members)
- 2001 - training to become a mediator
- founding of the 7 Generations Network and since 2004 organisation and facilitation of its international Open Space symposia www.7generationen.at
- founding of the community initiative "Garten der Generationen" (Garden of Generations) in Herzogenburg www.gartendergenerationen.net
- development of alternative interest- and rent-free financing concept „Wealth Pool“.
